How it works:

Each week I host an informal Trance Training session! For 60 minutes you get to take a vacation and learn real skills that you can then use in your daily life to combat the negative effects of stress in your life!

Negative Effects Like:

  • Irritability
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Headaches
  • Insomnia

This weekly online group session will focus on reducing stress by providing you with tools that will allow you to better deal with feelings of being overwhelmed and the unique challenges that you are encountering as events unfold in work, home and the world.

You will learn and experience practical skills that you can then begin to apply in your daily life.

You will learn:

  • How to completely relax your physical body
  • How to let go of the constant thoughts which keep you stressed - and experience a blissful state of calm, centered relaxation
  • How to begin to develop equanimity, so nothing breaks down your deep calm state.
  • How to use a special technique to learn to let go of stressful situations from your day so you can sleep like a log.
  • Learn how you can use the skills we practice in class to reduce stress, worry and anxiety about any upcoming event.
  • Learn the most important thing you can do to ensure that each day is moving you towards your goals in life! This technique can give you the sense of control in your life that so many of us desperately crave.
  • How to begin really trusting yourself to learn and do those things you know you need to!

Each week we will focus on 1 specific skill. We will have a short talk on the theory behind the skill and then with me as your guide you will get to experience the technique yourself so that you can immediately begin using it in your daily life!
